General Terms & Conditions for Tattoo Services (Belgium)

By booking and receiving a tattoo, you agree to the following:

1. Age & Consent

You must be at least 18 years old. Valid ID may be requested. No exceptions.

2. Health & Safety

You confirm that you are in good health and have informed the artist of any relevant medical conditions (e.g. allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy, blood disorders). If unsure, consult a doctor before your appointment.

3. Hygiene Standards

All equipment is sterile and single-use where required. You agree to follow the artist’s hygiene and safety instructions during your visit.

4. Design Approval

You will have the opportunity to review and approve the design, placement, and size before the tattoo starts. Once the tattooing begins, changes may not be possible.

5. Pain & Healing

You understand that tattooing can be uncomfortable and that proper aftercare is essential. Healing times vary, and results depend on how well aftercare instructions are followed.

6. Aftercare Responsibility

You will receive aftercare instructions and agree to follow them carefully. The studio is not responsible for issues caused by improper aftercare.

7. Deposits & Payments

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are generally non-refundable but may be transferable with sufficient notice (according to studio policy).

8. Cancellations & Late Arrivals

Please give at least 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or cancellation.

9. Touch-Ups

Some tattoos may require a touch-up. Policies vary; ask your artist. Touch-ups may be free within a certain period if aftercare was followed correctly.

10. Refusal of Service

The artist reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or unsuitable tattoo requests.

11. Photography & Portfolio Use

Photos of your tattoo may be taken and used for the artist’s portfolio or social media, unless you request otherwise.

12. Legal Compliance

All services comply with Belgian hygiene and safety regulations. By proceeding, you acknowledge that you are giving informed consent.

13. Behaviour

Don’t be a dick.
